Privacy Policy
This policy explains what FrontierAgent collects, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
- Your mobile number, to sign you in and to reach you on the channels you use.
- Your date of birth, to confirm you are 18 or older.
- Your messages, photos and files you send, and what FrontierAgent remembers from them: training, nutrition, body weight, check-ins and health details you choose to share.
- If you connect them on Pro: daily Apple Health totals, and read-only calendar and email access you approve.
- Billing details handled by Stripe. We see your plan and payment status, never your full card number.
- Basic technical data such as sign-in times and errors, to keep the service running and secure.
How we use it
To run FrontierAgent for you: answer your messages, remember what matters to your prep, send the texts and check-ins you asked for, and bill your subscription. We don't sell your personal information, and we don't use it for advertising.
Text messaging
Your mobile number and text messaging consent are used only to run FrontierAgent. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Reply STOP to stop texts at any time.
Who processes it
We use service providers to run FrontierAgent, each only for its part: Convex (database and hosting), Stripe (payments), Telnyx and our messaging providers (texts, iMessage and calls), Netlify (the website), and AI model providers that write replies from your messages. How long we keep it
We keep your conversation and memory while your account is open, so FrontierAgent can remember. You can delete any memory in the app, or delete your account from Account on the web or Settings in the app; that deletes your conversation, memory and profile. Billing records are kept as tax law requires.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit, connection tokens are encrypted at rest, and every request is checked against your account. No system is perfectly secure, so tell us right away if you think your account was accessed.
Children
FrontierAgent is only for adults 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone younger, and we delete it if we learn we have.
Your choices and contact
You can see what FrontierAgent remembers, delete it, and delete your account at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights to access, correct or delete your data; write to us and we'll help.
