What FrontierAgent is

FrontierAgent is an AI coach for bodybuilding prep, training and nutrition. You talk to it in the iPhone app, on the web, by text message, by iMessage and by phone call, and it keeps one conversation and one memory across all of them.

FrontierAgent is software, not a person, and not a medical provider. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition, and nothing it says is medical advice. Talk to a qualified clinician before changing anything that affects your health. If you think you have an emergency, call 911.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or older. We ask for your date of birth at sign-up and close accounts we learn belong to anyone younger.

Your account is tied to your mobile number. Keep your phone secure; anyone who can receive codes on it can sign in as you.

Plans, trial and billing

The Free plan includes 10 messages a day across every channel, reset daily at 00:00 UTC. Proactive messages, reminders that watch for you, phone calls and health connections are part of Pro.

Pro costs $19.99 a month or $149.99 a year, plus any applicable tax. Your first Pro subscription includes a 3-day free trial. We collect a card at checkout; unless you cancel before the trial ends, your card is charged when it ends and Pro renews automatically every month or year until you cancel.

You can cancel any time from Account, then Manage billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current trial or paid period, and Pro stays on until then. Payments are processed by Stripe. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable and we don't give credit for partial periods. [Confirm refund policy.]

Pro has no message count, but a fair-use limit applies to stop abuse and runaway cost. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.

Text messages

If you text FrontierAgent or sign in with your number, you agree to receive text messages from FrontierAgent at that number: one-time sign-in codes, replies to your messages, and, on Pro and only if you turn them on, check-ins it sends first. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to stop texts at any time, and START to turn them back on. Reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Using it well

• Don't use FrontierAgent to find, buy or source anything illegal, or to get around the law where you live.
• Don't try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or use it to harm anyone.
• Don't share someone else's personal information without their permission.
• We may refuse a request, pause a feature or close an account that breaks these rules.

Your content

You own what you send. You give us permission to store and process it to run FrontierAgent for you, including sending it to the AI model providers that write the replies. You can delete individual memories, or your whole account, at any time; deleting the account deletes your conversation and memory.

No guarantees

FrontierAgent is provided as is. AI replies can be wrong or out of date, and results from training and nutrition vary from person to person. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
